It was an otherwise brilliant drive for the Philadelphia Eagles and running back Saquon Barkley.
Barkley played high school ball in Pennsylvania and stayed in-state for college to become a star for the Penn State Nittany Lions. One got the sense ahead of "Monday Night Football's" matchup with the Atlanta Falcons that Barkley was excited to put on a show.
And for much of Philly's second drive of the game.
He had two nine yard runs, a 10 yard run and an 11 yard run and looked like the greatest running back to ever grace the NFL in just a handful of plays. I mean, just look at this juke:

The Eagles rode Barkley to the Atlanta 15 and looked poised to punch it in, but they went away from him for three straight plays to set up a fourth-and-4 from the Atlanta nine.
What resulted was a defensive stand by the Falcons that kept Philly off the board, but oh what a disappointing end it was to what was otherwise an incredible offensive drive — especially by Barkley.
After a season opener that saw him find the end zone three times, Barkley appears to be extremely comfortable as a member of the Eagles.
