Who knew Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Baker Mayfield had hops?
At the end of the second quarter in Sunday's road game against the New York Giants, Mayfield hurdled over New York cornerback Cor'Dale Flott for a 10-yard rushing touchdown, giving the Buccaneers a 23-0 lead. Although the ball popped out at the end of the play, officials ruled he broke the plane.

After he scored, Mayfield seemed to mock Giants QB Tommy DeVito's signature celebration. Of course, DeVito is making his first start this season after the Giants released Daniel Jones on Friday.
Mayfield sometimes likes to get under his opponent's skin, so it's not shocking he took a slight jab at the second-year passer.
The Buccaneers have lost four straight games after a 4-2 start. Despite the recent slide, Mayfield is still rolling. Entering this matchup, he ranked ninth in the NFL in yards passing (2,505) and third in TD passes (24) through 10 starts.
Mayfield maintaining his hot hand should keep Tampa Bay's playoff hopes afloat.
