Guard Jamal Murray (30 points, 12-of-24 FG) recorded 30 or more points for the third time this season. This offensive rebound and subsequent dish to center DeAndre Jordan extended the Nuggets' lead to 106-88 with 9:43 remaining.

While all that was impressive, nothing stood out more on Friday night than three-time MVP Nikola Jokic's heroics. This sensational reverse pass over his head to forward Aaron Gordon late in the third quarter put the Nuggets up 95-84 and gave us another "wow moment" from the superstar.

Jokic had a triple-double (24 points, 12 rebounds, 10 assists) by the end of the third quarter. For the season, Jokic has an incredible 17 triple-doubles. He ranks third in the league in points (30.6 PPG) and rebounds (13.2 RPG) while his 9.9 assists on average rank second behind Atlanta Hawks star Trae Young (11.9 APG).
The Heat head into a matchup with the San Antonio Spurs on Sunday looking to put some positive results together. In their last nine games, they have a pair of three-game losing streaks along with a three-game winning streak in between. Miami (20-20) needs to find some consistency or the rest of its season may look similar to Friday night.
Jokic continues to amaze for the Nuggets (25-16). Winners of five of its last six, Denver travels to Orlando to face the Magic on Sunday. After the sharp-shooting performance and incredible skill set that Jokic continues to display each time he steps on the court, the Nuggets once again showed how dangerous they can be when things are clicking.
