The biggest wreck so far in the Pennzoil 400 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway was the product of a chaotic restart.
With 73 laps to go, the field took the green flag for a crucial restart. On the exit of Turn 2, however, everything went wrong.
Much of the middle of the pack was three and four-wide on corner exit, bunching up the field and leading to plenty of contact throughout the pack.
As Ricky Stenhouse Jr. spun down the backstretch, Bubba Wallace, Erik Jones, Tyler Reddick, Ryan Blaney and Austin Dillon were all involved in a crash in Turn 3, with Blaney taking the brunt of the contact.

Blaney was frustrated with Christopher Bell, who according to the Fox broadcast, did not realize that he and his competitors were four-wide.
Blaney's No. 12 was pushed behind the wall by his pit crew, marking the second crash in two days for Blaney after he also wrecked during Saturday's practice session.
Austin Dillon was also sent to the garage area following the crash.
