Round of 32 action in the women's NCAA Tournament is complete and much like the games on Sunday, there was not a ton of action on the hardwood.
Here are three winners and losers from Monday's action:
Winners
Home teams
Home teams finished with a perfect 8-0 record for the day.
That should come as no surprise though, as the "away" teams have come away with only six wins out of 48 games in tournament action so far.
Alabama's Sarah Ashlee Barker
In what was the final game of her collegiate career, Barker scored a career-high 45 points in a loss against Maryland.
Barker led Alabama in scoring all season long at 17.2 points per game and she was a huge reason that the Crimson Tide were able to get into not only one, but two overtime periods.
WHAT. A. GAME.

North Carolina State
Not only did the Wolfpack cruise into the Sweet 16 with a dominant 83-49 win over Michigan State, but they did it in style.
NC State shot knocked down 15 three-pointers, its most in an NCAA tournament game in program history. Aziaha James and Madison Hayes combined for 11 of the 15 threes made.

Losers
Competitive games
Alabama's three-point loss to Maryland in double overtime was the only game decided by single digits.
North Carolina and West Virginia played the next closest game with the Mountaineers' margin of defeat only being 11 points. The rest of the margins of defeat were 17, 34 (three times) and 30. Not a great day for fans who were wanting to see some thrilling action.
Third quarter scoring
If you were outscored by your opponent in the third quarter on Thursday, you probably lost the game.
The only team to outscore its opponent in the third quarter and still lose the game was Alabama. There were two teams (Florida State, South Dakota State) who failed to score 10+ points in third quarter. Those two teams were held to six and eight points respectively.
USC
Despite the 96-59 win over Mississippi State, the worst case scenario happened for USC in the final game of the night.
On a fast break opportunity, star point guard Juju Watkins went down and immediately clutched her knee. She had to be helped off the floor and missed the remainder of the game.
If it is a serious injury, that is a big hit for the Trojans' national championship aspirations.
