It's Friday at the 2025 Masters Tournament , and Rory McIlroy is charging up the leaderboard.
On the par-5 13th hole, McIlroy went the aggressive route with his 217-yard approach shot from the pine straw and miraculously stuck it to nine feet. He went on to bury the eagle putt to go 4 under in his last four holes.

What an unbelievable golf shot. McIlroy currently sits three shots back of leader Justin Rose, who's 8 under through two rounds.
McIlroy birdied the second hole and parred seven straight to shoot a 1-under 35 on the front nine, but he caught fire with birdies on 10 and 11 and an eagle on 13.
The key for McIlroy now is to finish the second round strong. Remember, he was 4 under through 14 holes on Thursday before making two double bogeys in his last four holes to fall back to even par for the day.
The Northern Irishman is looking to put himself in contention for the weekend as he aims to win his first career Masters title and complete the long-awaited career Grand Slam.
