Chase Elliott wins wild NASCAR Cup Series race at EchoPark Speedway

In front of his home fans, Chase Elliott earned his first win of the 2025 NASCAR Cup Series season and his first in 45 races in Saturday's Quaker State 400 at EchoPark Speedway.

Elliott cleared Brad Keselowski in turn 1 on the final lap and held on to score his 20th career win. The victory also locks Elliott into the 2025 Cup Series playoffs. Elliott is the 12th winner in 18 Cup Series races this season.

"Unbelievable," Elliott told TNT Sports. "How about that? Are you kidding me? This right here is something I'll never forget."

Keselowski, Alex Bowman, Tyler Reddick and Erik Jones rounded out the top five, with Ricky Stenhouse Jr., Zane Smith, Ty Dillon, Chris Buescher and Carson Hocevar completing the top 10.

Other notable finishers include Connor Zilisch in 11th, Ty Gibbs in 14th, Kyle Larson in 17th, Bubba Wallace in 22nd and polesitter Joey Logano in 36th.

The race featured a huge crash on Lap 69 that involved 23 cars. That wreck thinned the field considerably, but did little to calm the action that followed.

The 19th race of the 2025 Cup Series season will take place at the Chicago Street Race on July 6. The Grant Park 165 will go green shortly after 2 p.m. ET, with coverage on TNT, MRN, Max and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio.
