The Baltimore Ravens stunned the Cleveland Browns when Baltimore tight end Mark Andrews took a 4th-and-one snap and then carried the ball 35 yards for what became a game-winning touchdown run.
Following the 23-16 victory that improved the Ravens to 5-5 on the season, Andrews opened up about one of the top highlight-reel moments of the afternoon.
"It was a great call," Andrews said, per the Ravens' website. "It's called 'Hurricane,' and I think the guys just executed really well. [We were] just trying to be versatile in that package, and it was a great play call. It felt great to get in the end zone."
It's understandable that the Ravens felt they needed to dive into their figurative back of tricks with 2:40 remaining in regulation of Sunday's contest. Cleveland pass-rusher Myles Garrett had harassed Baltimore quarterback Lamar Jackson throughout the game en route to tallying four sacks. In total, Jackson completed 14-of-25 pass attempts for 193 yards with no touchdowns and two interceptions against the Browns. One of those picks was taken to the house for a score.
On the fourth-down play, Andrews lined up for what seemed to be a "tush-push" short carry. However, he took the snap and then rolled around the right end to the surprise of the Cleveland defense.

"We're always constantly working on different things and variations of certain things to keep the defense honest, and it was a perfect scenario to pull that out there," Andrews added about the call.
While speaking with reporters after the win, Ravens head coach John Harbaugh indicated he didn't expect Andrews would score what became the game's biggest touchdown on the fourth-down play.
"I was hoping for a first down," Harbaugh admitted. "But, you knew it had a chance, and it just was executed so beautifully. Then, when I say this, and I told Mark coming off the field – when he turned the corner [on the play], and he saw [the open field], I mean, he accelerated. I'll bet he was well over 20 miles an hour there. He kicked it into fourth gear, and he was rolling."
That play helped the Ravens earn a fourth-straight win that has them believing they can be part of postseason conversations come January. Baltimore next hosts the lowly New York Jets (2-8) on Nov. 23. As of Monday morning, ESPN BET had the Ravens as 14.5-point favorites for that matchup.
