Shane Lowry became the first player in the history of The Masters tournament to collect two career holes-in-one at Augusta National Golf Club in Augusta, Georgia.
Lowry aced No. 6 on Saturday on a perfect shot.
He got a rousing ovation from the patrons and pumped his fists enthusiastically.

Lowry had previously managed a hole-in-one on No. 16, having done so in 2016. Saturday’s feat makes him the first player in history to notch two separate holes-in-one at The Masters.
He is also the seventh player in history to ace No. 6. Corey Conners was the last to do it in 2021.
The ace was not just a consolation prize for Lowry, who was firmly in contention at 8-under after the hole. It still left him four off the pace of leader Rory McIlroy, however.
Lowry is known for his short temper when things go awry. That certainly was not a problem for him on Saturday, at least on this hole.
