The Toronto Blue Jays' offensive slump and injuries continue to be an issue.
A solution could be the No. 26-ranked prospect, Charles McAdoo.
The 24-year-old has been tearing it up offensively in Triple-A Buffalo and is awaiting a call-up.
Aside from the power and offensive spark he offers, McAdoo also carries versatility.

While known for being a third baseman, he can also play first base and left and right field. Considering Nathan Lukes' struggles at the plate, bringing up McAdoo could help solidify the offense.
Lukes has been batting .059 with three strikeouts in his last seven games. The 31-year-old has minor-league options, and sending him down could help boost his offensive struggles.
McAdoo has had a hot bat with a .356 batting average with three home runs, 11 RBI, and four stolen bases.
His combination of power and speed would be a valuable asset to the Blue Jays amid their offensive woes.
McAdoo has illustrated his high-impact potential through his proficiency in tackling high velocities at the plate. He went 3-for-4 with a three-run home run against the Rochester Red Wings on Friday.
His recent performance has highlighted how he's a high-upside prospect deserving of a call-up.
McAdoo has shown solid form with the Buffalo Bisons with a solid 11.3% walk-rate and an exceptionally high BABIP of .400. His 176 wRC+ is also high caliber, indicating that he is producing at a high offensive level.
Also, on Thursday, McAdoo led the Bisons with a .900 OPS. Overall, his offensive profile makes him a suitable candidate to join the majors.
