The New York Jets owned three picks in the first round of the 2026 NFL Draft, including the second-overall. They used it on Texas Tech edge-rusher David Bailey.
Bailey played his first three years of college football at Stanford before transferring to Texas Tech, where he led the Big 12 in tackles-for-loss with 19.5 and the entire country with 14.5 sacks. He was a consensus All-American, and led a stifling defense that never allowed more than 26 points in a game all year.
He’ll join a Jets team in the second-year of the Aaron Glenn era, and will likely immediately slot in as a regular player for a defense that recorded the second-fewest sacks in the NFL last season with 26 and forced just four turnovers.
Which brings us to today’s quiz. How many of the No.2-overall NFL Draft picks of the Super Bowl Era (since 1966) can you name in seven minutes?
Good luck!
