San Antonio Spurs guard De’Aaron Fox aggravated his ankle injury during the third quarter of Game 3 against the Oklahoma City Thunder.

The 2-time All-Star came up limping after fighting for a rebound in the third quarter of the Western Conference Finals clash at Frost Bank Center in San Antonio, Texas. Fox fell to the floor as he battled Lu Dort for the loose ball. Dort’s body appeared to twist Fox’s ankle as the former crashed onto the hardwood.

Fox remained on the ground in serious pain as his Spurs teammates played 4-on-5 on the other end. You can watch the entire play unfold below.

Here’s a closer look at the moment Dort fell on Fox’s ankle.

Fox appeared to tweak the ankle a few possessions earlier, following a layup over Isaiah Hartenstein.

Fox missed Games 1 and 2 with an injury to the same ankle. He was questionable heading into Game 3, but was cleared to play after testing out the ankle during warmups.
