Cleveland hosts the White Sox at 5:40 PM Central Daylight Time on Tuesday and 12:10 PM on Wednesday to conclude the three-game series.

The White Sox broke open a scoreless tie with six runs in the sixth inning. Cleveland answered with a run in the bottom of the sixth. The White Sox scored one in the ninth, and Cleveland concluded the scoring with a two-run home run in the bottom of the inning by David Fry.

After taking a 1-0 lead on a Chase Montgomery fielder's choice, Chase Meidroth singled to give the White Sox a 2-0 lead, and Kyle Teel made it 4-0 on a double to left field. Miguel Vargas hit a two-run HR to score Teel, extending the White Sox lead to 6-0. Andrew Benintendi singled in the ninth to score Vargas, extending the White Sox lead to 7-1.
