LeBron James’ free-agency decision to sign with the Philadelphia 76ers was a big one, but former NBA star Dwyane Wade said there could be more to it.

Wade appeared on the “Conversations With Cam” podcast, and the former Miami Heat star dropped a hint about potentially more to come.

“I don’t think we’ve seen the end of what this move is. I think it’s more to this move. And so, I’ll just leave it at that,” Wade said.

What that means remains to be seen, and nobody really knows what Wade is talking about regarding “more to this move.”

Prior to James choosing the 76ers, they acquired Jaylen Brown in a blockbuster trade that sent Paul George to the Boston Celtics.

The 76ers also added Dean Wade and Anfernee Simons, and the starting lineup also features Tyrese Maxey, VJ Edgecombe and Joel Embiid.

Wade had more to say about James choosing the 76ers, saying it was a “very strategic” decision.

“From a basketball standpoint, I thought it is a very strategic move at this point in his career,” Wade said. “It definitely gives him the best chance… I feel like it gives him the best chance in the East to be able to get back to compete for a championship.”

James’ first game as a member of the 76ers will come on October 20 against the reigning NBA champion New York Knicks at Madison Square Garden.
