Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen addressed whispers about his health after a less-than-stellar rushing game in Week 4.
Allen had just four yards rushing in Buffalo’s Week 4 loss to New England, and had been kept off the board entirely through the first three quarters.
That lack of production led some to wonder whether Allen is managing some sort of injury, but on Thursday, he asserted that was not the case.
“There is no truth to that. Feeling great,” Allen said, via Jay Skurski of the Buffalo News.

There was no clear reason to believe Allen was actually hurt, but the lack of production on the ground was somewhat alarming. His other performances so far this season had been much closer to the norm. The Patriots’ play had more to do with Allen’s lack of rushing yards, as he still showed himself capable of making plays with his legs.
Allen has 118 rushing yards through the first four games of the season. That is a bit lower than his per-game output in 2025, but not significantly so.
