Michael Hauschild, the personal chef of Ottawa Senators center Tim Stutzle, can cook up a savory roast in the kitchen and on social media.
Forward Brady Tkachuk returned to Ottawa on Wednesday night for the first time since the Senators traded him to the Florida Panthers in June. Before Ottawa's 5-1 win over Florida, Stutzle said he skipped dinner with his former teammate. The center revealed he has a personal chef, so he doesn't need to go out for his meals.
With the beef already simmering between the former teammates, Hauschild then turned up the heat when he took to his Instagram story.
While tagging Tkachuk, Hauschild wrote, "You should have had me cook for you too."

Whatever Tkachuk and the Panthers ate for their pregame meal, it didn't provide the fuel they needed to pull off a road win. After Tkachuk scored Florida's only goal in the first period, the Senators dominated and scored five unanswered goals. Stutzle finished with a goal and an assist.
Entering Thursday, Florida was 5-3-2. Ottawa, meanwhile, is 7-3. Who would've guessed the Senators would be off to an excellent start after moving on from the former face of the franchise?
Stutzle is leading the charge. Entering Thursday, the center was tied for 13th in the NHL in goals (six) and tied for 18th in assists (eight). Hauschild's meal preps must be working. Perhaps Tkachuk should come over sometime. Of course, he and Stutzle probably won't be dining together anytime soon.
