The Los Angeles Rams are not in a position to have any more of their star players go down with an injury.
Los Angeles has already lost Davante Adams and Myles Garrett for an extended period of time, and there are now more injury concerns with the latest update from Thursday's practice.
According to Rams beat writer Adam Grosbard, star receiver Puka Nacua left practice early Thursday due to a calf injury.
He'll be listed as a limited participant on the injury report as the concern surrounding his injury grows. Nacua has already missed two games this season with a groin injury.

As noted, Los Angeles is already going to be without Adams for quite some time. If Nacua is forced to miss any time, that would be the worst-case scenario for a Rams team that is 2-4 through its first six games after having such high expectations.
Outside of Adams and Nacua, Los Angeles has just one wide receiver with more than 100 yards: Konata Mumpfield with 127. The next highest number of yards for a wide receiver is 31 from Tutu Atwell.
If Nacua is ultimately forced to miss more time, Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford would certainly have his work cut out for him in throwing to a plethora of lower-tier wide receivers and tight ends. Tyler Higbee has 246 yards in six games, while running back Kyren Williams has 217.
What was once expected to be a dream season for Los Angeles is headed toward a disaster season that no one saw coming.
