A’ja Wilson had the most disgusted look while watching Heat

A’ja Wilson was not having a great time Saturday while watching her boyfriend remain winless this NBA season.

The Las Vegas Aces star was in attendance as Bam Adebayo’s Miami Heat faced the Charlotte Hornets at Spectrum Center in Charlotte, N.C. The Heat, who trailed by as many as 23 points in the contest, mounted a spirited comeback to tie the game late in the fourth quarter.

However, Miami’s comeback effort fell short as Charlotte fended off the fourth-quarter flurry to win 115-110.

The camera panned to Wilson during the game’s broadcast and the frustration was written all over her face.

Wilson, a five-time WNBA MVP and three-time champion, could not hide her competitive fire, even as a supporter on the sidelines.

The Heat entered Saturday’s contest desperately needing their first win. They lost their first two contests by a combined 42 points and looked well on their way to another blowout loss before a late rally.

Adebayo scored a season-high 20 points and 8 rebounds. But offseason acquisition Giannis Antetokounmpo struggled in his third Miami game, tallying 14 points on 4/11 shooting across 26 minutes. The Greek Freak dealt with foul trouble and eventually fouled out of the contest.

Until Adebayo and Antetokounmpo learn to coexist and get their first win, Wilson probably won’t be smiling anytime soon.
