No. 5 Alabama is getting a significant offensive boost heading into Saturday's SEC showdown against No. 14 LSU.
According to On3 college football insiders Chris Low and Pete Nakos, star receiver Ryan Coleman-Williams is set to return after nearly a month of missed time.
Due to a meniscus injury, Coleman-Williams underwent arthroscopic surgery in mid-October that has kept him out for several weeks.
Now, ahead of the biggest game of the season for Alabama, Coleman-Williams is set to return and will be a major boost to an offense that has lost its footing in recent weeks.

Prior to his injury, Coleman-Williams was off to a great start to the season. In six games, he'd hauled in 23 catches for 415 yards with four touchdowns.
He was averaging 18 yards per catch and looked more like the star receiver he was as a freshman in 2024, rather than the struggling receiver he was as a sophomore in 2025.
Coleman-Williams burst onto the scene in 2024 as a 17-year-old freshman, posting 865 yards and eight touchdowns. A down season in 2025 put him at 1,559 yards and 12 touchdowns through two seasons.
While that is still a good bit of success, almost none of that has come in his two matchups against LSU defensive coordinator Blake Baker. In the two matchups for Coleman-Williams against LSU, he's hauled in just five catches for 62 yards with a touchdown.
It is by far his lowest yardage against any SEC team, something that will certainly need to change the third time around if the Crimson Tide have hopes of knocking off LSU.
