Following a widely acclaimed first edition, the festival is reaching a new scale this year: a richer program, broader international scope, and a deeper focus on the intersection between skateboarding, urbanism, and society. The official teaser offers a first glimpse into the festival’s spirit and how skateboarding turns the city into a living, creative, and inclusive playground.
" CONNECT 2025 is coming… Skateboarding is about freedom, playing with the city, but also searching for your own identity. CONNECT is a time to open the conversation, to imagine the city of the future as a shared space. A place where every culture, every perspective, finds its voice and connects with others. Through this new trailer, we wanted to show that the city is not just a backdrop or a space for consumption, but a living playground, constantly in motion. From October 16 to 19, Bordeaux will once again become the stage for this international event, bringing skaters and non-skaters together around the many societal issues that Skaturbanism addresses. A unique moment, out of time… but above all, a celebration of skateboarding and its culture. See you there ✨"
This festival looks incredible. If you've got the means to get out to Bordeaux, France (which is an amazing city in its own right) get out there for this!
