First Look: Nike SB Brings Back the P-Rod 1 in Classic “Bred” Colorway

Nike SB reintroduced the classic P-Rod 1 back in May 2025 to celebrate its 20th anniversary. As expected, the shoes moved quick—as fast as major Nike SB Dunk drops at most shops—and it looks like SB is offering up a new colorway of the shoe for Fall.

Few shoes carry as much weight in skateboarding as Paul Rodriguez’s first Nike SB pro model. I mean, the story of how it came to be is something to admire in itself. In fact, many might argue the Prod1 set the tone for how skate shoes could blend performance, durability, and style during a time when basic, low-key vulcanized silhouettes ruled skateshop shoe walls.

But here we are two decades later, and it feels right at home. Get a closer look below.
