Say what you want, but skateboarding is all about hard work. And this new edit from Indy is a great look at just how much work—and fun—can go into making a session happen at times.

Indy TM (and certified DIY legend) Rhino recently rolled out to a crusty San Diego ditch with an arsenal of tools in hand, patching, shaping, and dialing in a rad never-before-skated spot for Roman Pabich to get rad on. It’s a spot most folks would probably overlook, but as we see, this squad turns it into an absolute gem. Take a look:

Once the initial groundwork is done, Roman Pabich wastes no time breaking it in. A few ollies into the bank were easy enough, but when Rhino pulls out the pole, we know it's go time. After a few tries, Pabich secures the clip, high fives are had and, well, the mission is accomplished. Boom! All in a day's work. The DIY spirit is alive and well with this crew.

Sometimes you just have to find a spot, put in the work and and let the session tell the story. And since we're here talking about Indy and some classic DIY vibes, tap the post above for a closer look at Indy's new 'Built to Grind' apparel collection. Tough stuff!

Shoutout to Rhino for always steering the ship. And shoutout Roman for getting it done.
