Skate, Connect, and Explore Mental Health: ‘Skate For Ben’ Heads to San Jose’s Roosevelt Skatepark

Calling all skateboarding enthusiasts in and around San Jose! The amazing folks at the Ben Raemers Foundation are excited to announce that their next Skate For Ben event is coming to Roosevelt Skatepark in February!

If you're in the area, come out for a day filled with skateboarding, fun, and the chance to learn more about the incredible work the Ben Raemers Foundation is doing to raise mental health awareness and support the skate community. Check the post below for more info.

The Ben Raemers Foundation has been doing incredible work over the past few years, making an undeniably huge impact on countless lives worldwide. In my opinion, they were pioneers in opening up the conversation around mental health within the skateboarding community (and beyond), and they continue to inspire, educate, and raise awareness on the topic with everything they do.

Events like Skate For Ben offer the perfect opportunity to get outside, connect with others, and simply enjoy a day of ripping with like-minded individuals. We all know the positive effects skateboarding has on mental health, and that feeling is only amplified when shared with other locals in the community

When and Where is the Next Skate For Ben Event?

Date: Sunday February 9th.

Time: 2-5pm

Location: Roosevelt Skatepark, San Jose.
