As you’ve likely seen plastered around Instagram, Spanish skater Danny Leon, with help from filmer Gochi Estrella and photographer @jaicano, nailed the perfect opportunity to get a clip and a photo during the eclipse in Spain this week.

“EL TRUCO DE MI VIDA: ECLIPSE MODE! ☀️
No hay 2 sin 3 ❤️‍ Primero el sol, después la Luna y hoy hacemos historia con este eclipse GRACIAS A TODO EL EQUIPO POR HACER ESTO POSIBLE ”

The crew obviously had the sun location dialed days in advance, built a quarterpipe on a hillside, then set up their photo and video gear several hundred meters away. Timing is everything. The results speak for themselves.

Sidenote, Gochi was our filmer years back in Barcelona and Madrid on our Cee-lo and Sangria tour!
