Tony Hawk and Jason Ellis Are Bringing 'Hawk Vs. Wolf' Live to The Comedy Store

Like many others, I was sort of bummed when Tony mentioned Hawk Vs. Wolf was taking a hiatus in 2025. The reasons made sense, and as always, I appreciate Tony’s transparency. But seeing it live would be an awesome experience, if you ask me. The amount of laughter this podcast provided me over the years is pretty amazing. I can only imagine how funny it’d be to see these two riffing live in person.

As the flyer mentioned, the show will take place at The Comedy Store in Los Angeles on January 29th and you can order pre-sale tickets now. I have to assume a show like this will probably sell out, so if you want to get in on the action, make moves!

I know Ellis is no stranger to the stand-up stage, and Tony is the perfect yin to his yang. I’m super curious to learn what they’ll talk about and how the whole thing will go down—will there be guests? Well, the flyer actually says there will be. But who!? Will the stage be decorated like their podcast set? Is Tony secretly a low-key comedian? You’ll just have to see for yourself.

Regardless, if they aren’t going to be recording any episodes anytime soon, this is obviously the next best thing. Shoot, it might even be better! Again, if you’re debating on joining the fun, you better figure out it! Who knows, maybe I’ll see you there?
