What's better than spring skiing in the Eastern Sierras? Spring skiing in the Eastern Sierras and making a road trip out of it with two of your friends, or at least that's what we've gathered from Veronica Paulsen's latest webisode.
After starting her YouTube series two years ago, Paulsen's channel was a little quiet over this past winter while she was busy filming for the next season. But watchers of her series can rejoice as Paulsen has released a new episode, and it's—dare I say—one of her most entertaining yet. Unlike other episodes of the series that profile other professional skiers, the latest one comes vlog style from Paulsen as she and two friends road trip through the Eastern Sierras, soaking up the last of ski season on the way.
You can watch below and keep reading for more from Paulsen on the trip.

"Everyday that we skied we would run into familiar faces around the valley. Everyone in the area was doing the same thing as we were: sleeping in their cars, searching for the best corn, and planning on staying there until the snow ran out," said Paulsen of the trip. "It’s hard to describe what a magical place the Eastern Sierras are. They’re hard to get in good conditions because by the time the roads open up, oftentimes, the snow has already melted. You need a combination of a big year, a cold spring, but not too big of a year that the road crews can’t open the roads. When it all lines up, it feels like magic."
Things certainly lined up for her and her two friends and they were able to check off a handful of fun lines, with some top-tier lifestyling in between. Highlights of the episode also include a tour of Paulsen's friend Zoe's camper, Zoe losing her phone while skiing and getting tricked by the other two, and generally, seven whole minutes of hilarious and endearing female friendship with some corn skiing mixed in.
Honestly, this one is worth watching for the feel-good vibes alone, but some sweet Sierra views mixed in are a great bonus.
