Mia Brookes is getting her own boot.

The 18-year-old phenom from the UK has been lighting the contest world on fire as of late. She competed in four different disciplines – big air, slopestyle, street style, and knuckle huck – at the 2025 X Games in Aspen, and brought home a silver and a bronze medal in knuckle huck and slopestyle, respectively.

Then she went out and won an overall park and pipe FIS Crystal Globe in March.

Next February, when she's at the 2026 Winter Olympic Games in Italy, she’ll have a pro model boot on her feet. The Vans snowboarding Instagram account announced the pro model with a short and sweet post.

“The Encore Pro by Mia Brookes,” it said. “Dropping (July 31, 2025).” See below.

The Encore Pro is a women-specific boot built for an all-mountain rider that features a BOA system, an UltraCush Smartwool liner and a Popcush footbed. After several hours of use, the boot is designed to mold to the rider’s foot. It’s an ideal boot for a rider who – like Brookes – likes to try it all.

Fellow Vans (and Monster) rider Rene Rinnekangas will also get a pro model drop on the same day. The post of Rinnekangas with a pair of black and yellow Invado Pros baring his signature was posted on Instagram as well.

The Invado pro uses Vans hybrid BOA system, which feature a side BOA, and laces in the front. The custom slide guide offers heel hold, the V2 UltraCush Smartwool liner provides warmth, and the V2 Waffle Pro outsole offers extra traction for those hikes in the sidecountry.

Rinnekangas took the snowboard world by storm in December 2024 with the release of his multi-year project titled Heaven. The film takes viewers through Japan, Finland, Sweden, and Austria, and was shot over the course of three seasons as Rinnekangas overcame a contest schedule and injuries.

It was directed and edited by Anton Kiiski, and blends the backcountry with street riding perfectly. The project helped win Rider of Year and Men’s Part of the Year honors from Torment and Video of the Year and Footage of the Year honors from Slush, The Magazine.

Rinnekangas pro model boot will also become available to the public on July 31, 2025.
