With the 2024 Copa America venues announced earlier in the week, Argentina, the United States, Mexico, and Brazil know their opposition for next summer's tournament.
Group A will be composed of Argentina (the defending Copa America champions), Peru, Chile, and the winner of the CONCACAF playoff between Canada/Trinidad and Tobago. Group B will have Mexico (the defending Gold Cup champions), Venezuela, Ecuador, and Jamaica. Group C has the United States, Uruguay, Panama, and Bolivia. Last but not least, Group D contains Brazil, Colombia, Paraguay, and the playoff winner between Costa Rica/Honduras.

The tournament will kick off on June 20 at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta with a matchup between Argentina and the playoff winner between Canada and Trinidad and Tobago.
The next match for the defending World Cup champs will be on June 25 at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey against Chile, a rematch of the riveting 2016 Copa America final that was held in the same venue; a match where an emotional Lionel Messi announced his brief retirement from the national team after missing a crucial penalty kick that cost Argentina the title.
Meanwhile, the USMNT will certainly look forward to starting the competition as they will face the lowest-ranked CONMEBOL squad in Bolivia on June 23 in Arlington, Texas. The Yanks will then match up against CONCACAF rival Panama four days later in Atlanta before they face their biggest test of the group — Uruguay. In a match that will more than likely decide the winner of the group, the U.S. will battle the 15-time Copa America champion on July 1 at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City.
In Groups B and D, it seems as if the schedule makers saved the best games for last with two matchups that have big potential to decide the group winners. Mexico and Ecuador will battle it out for Group B supremacy on June 30 at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona; meanwhile, Brazil and Colombia will face off on the final match day of the group on July 2 at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California.
The 2024 Copa America will conclude on July 14 with the cup final being held at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami.
