€60m Bruno Fernandes transfer bid set to come in from surprise club

Manchester United can reportedly expect a surprise €60m transfer bid from Galatasaray for star player Bruno Fernandes this summer.

The Portugal international’s contract at Old Trafford runs until 2027, causing some uncertainty surrounding his future ahead of the next transfer window.

Still, few would have expected Galatasaray to be one of Fernandes’ suitors, even if Turkish clubs do often have a fair amount of money to spend, leading big names like Victor Osimhen and Leroy Sane to join Galatasaray in recent times.

According to Fichajes, the club are now setting aside €60m to try to pounce for Fernandes this summer as they sense an opportunity for this ambitious deal.

Bruno Fernandes to leave Manchester United?

It’s not yet clear what will happen with Fernandes, as Man Utd will surely want to keep the 31-year-old after his superb form again this season.

According to the Daily Mail, the Red Devils have been keen not to lose Fernandes and may refuse to sell him, even if there’s the risk of losing him on a free in a year’s time.
