The rivalry between Lazio and Roma dates back to December 1929, when they shared the pitch for the first time two years following the Giallorossi’s founding. Despite being just two years old at the time, Roma prevailed 1-0, and they still hold the upper hand in direct meetings to this very day.

In 174 previous official meetings, Roma prevailed on 64 occasions, while Lazio won 48 fixtures. On the other hand, 62 Derbies ended in draws. These stats were provided by Worldfootball.net.
