Adana Demirspor and Nani part ways

Former Manchester United star Nani is a free agent.

The Portugal international has been released from his contract at Adana Demirspor by mutual consent.

Nani's management team say the winger is now weighing up his options.

Empower Sports announced this morning: "This statement serves to notify the media that Nani and Adana Demirspor Kulb have mutually agreed to amicably terminate the player's contract, which bound him to the Turkish club until the end of the season, with immediate effect.

"The Portuguese international and European Champion in 2016 with Portugal will now consider the next steps to take in his long and prestigious sporting career."
