Inter Milan wing-back Denzel Dumfries has his heart set on a move to Manchester United after being repeatedly linked with a move to Old Trafford.

The Serie A champions are making their plans for the upcoming transfer window and it remains to be seen if Dumfries will finally get his big move away from the San Siro.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport (H/t Football Italia), Dumfries wants to join Manchester United and won’t listen to offers from mid-table Premier League clubs.

It is believed that Dumfries’ price tag would be €25m-€30m and his current contract runs out in June 2025. No agreement has been reached for the Netherlands international to extend his current deal.

We hope it stays fine for him.

United are currently positioned eighth in the league, but it has been a difficult season in terms of injuries for Ten Hag. There is reason to believe next season won’t be as disappointing.

The report adds that Dumfries will have more chances to move to Old Trafford if his compatriot Ten Hag remains in charge.
