Juventus are in constant contact with Teun Koopmeiners and have identified three players they want to sell to fund a deal for the Atalanta star.

Bianconeri sporting director Cristiano Giuntoli believes the 26-year-old Dutch midfielder to be the perfect option for the Old Lady squad in the summer, appreciating his tactical flexibility, creativity and eye for eye. He has netted 13 goals and provided four assists across 36 games this term.

Juventus have shifted to a sustainable direction after their off-pitch chaos of last season, pushing them to start planning their upcoming summer transfer window carefully. A number of reinforcements are needed, so some sales will also need to be made to generate funds.

Koopmeiners resources

Daniele Longo of Calciomercato.com details how Juventus have already identified which three players they’re planning to sell to fund a deal for Koopmeiners, who is expected to cost around €60m at Atalanta.

The first is Matias Soule, who has shined this season on loan with Frosinone. The Bianconeri are hoping to secure around €35-40m for the talented Argentinian forward.

The second player likely to be sold is Samuel Iling-Junior, who is valued at around €15-20m and has already attracted the attention of Ange Postecoglou’s Tottenham.

Finally, Juventus are hoping to shift Moise Kean in the summer for around €25m, but much depends on his ability to rediscover his form in the final two months of the season.
