On November 1, Burnley vs Arsenal will take place at Turf Moor in the Premier League at 15:00 local time. The Gunners are in great form, with clean sheets and wins coming thick and fast. Last time out, they made ten changes but defeated Brighton 2-0 in the fourth round of the Carabao Cup. Back in Premier League action, here is our Arsenal predicted lineup, along with the latest from Mikel Arteta regarding the availability of William Saliba and Gabriel Martinelli.

Arsenal Predicted Lineup vs Burnley

How Arsenal Have Lined Up Recently

Despite a number of injuries so far this season, Arteta has remained consistent with his team lining up in a 4-3-3 formation. Even though he made ten changes for the Brighton game, the shape stayed the same. Kepa started in goal, with Ben White, Piero Hincapie, Cristhian Mosquera, and Myles Lewis-Skelly in defence.

In the Carabao Cup, Mikel Merino, Christian Norgaard, and Ethan Nwaneri formed the midfield trio, with Max Dowman and Eberechi Eze on either side of Andre Harriman-Annous. We can expect wholesale changes for the Fulham game.

Arsenal’s Recent Form

Arsenal have been in excellent form since losing 1-0 to Liverpool on August 31. They’ve recorded ten wins and a draw during that run of games, showing a defensive resilience that is needed to challenge for the Premier League.

Despite injuries to key players, Arteta’s team have continued to progress. Their summer arrivals have settled well, giving the squad a strength in depth they lacked last season.

The fixture list is becoming increasingly congested as we edge towards the normally busy end of the year. With key players still to return, they look primed to compete in all competitions.

Arsenal Injuries to Consider

At his pre-match press conference, Arteta spoke on the availability of Martinelli and Saliba:

“Martinelli is still out, Saliba we have to wait and see,” the boss said at the Sobha Realty Training Centre on Friday. “We have another training session this afternoon and the rest are still getting closer, I think in the right direction, but not available yet.”

Discussing a potential return for Martinelli, Arteta added:  “We don’t know yet, but I think this game is going to come too early for him.”
