These are the Arsenal vs Olympiacos confirmed lineups for their UEFA Champions League clash. The Gunners enter this one after a late smash-and-grab at the weekend saw them make up ground on league leaders Liverpool. It all appears to be coming together for the side who are aiming to make it six points from six in the league phase. Their opposition currently lead the way in the Greek league but failed to beat Pafos in their campaign opener.
David Raya starts with a back line of Ben White, Gabriel, William Saliba, and Myles Lewis-Skelly. Martin Zubimendi is in midfield with Mikel Merino and Martin Odegaard while Leandro Trossard, Gabriel Martinelli, and Viktor Gyokeres start up front.
Three changes across the back line with only Gabriel keeping his place from the win over Newcastle. Calafiori, Mosquera, and Timber all come out. There’s similar changes up front with Eberechi Eze and Bukayo Saka out for Martinelli and Odegaard in what looks more like the 4-3-3 that Mikel Arteta has used during his time in charge.
Tzolakis is in goal with a back line of Costinha, Panagiotis Retsos, Lorenzo Pirola, and Franciso Ortega. Hezze and Garcia are in midfield with Chiquingo, Gelson Martins is on the flank as Daniel Podence occupies the opposite one. Ayoub El Kaabi leads the line for his side.
The manager has opted for almost the same eleven that started their win at the weekend. Hoping the consistency makes up for any potential fatigue in the legs. The only changes come with Martins and Garcia coming in for Mouzakitis and Strefezza.
Stay tuned for the Arsenal vs Olympiacos confirmed lineups. There will be news as well as discussions on who started, who missed out, and what alterations the managers could make to their setups.
