Barcelona and Valencia return to La Liga action after the international break. With both teams needing a win to stay within reach of the top of the table, this matchup is set to be one of the most intense of the round. The game will take place at the Johan Cruyff Stadium on Sunday, September 14, with kickoff at 3:00 p.m. ET.
Barça isn’t playing at Camp Nou, as the stadium has been closed for renovations since May 2023. Instead, the clash with Valencia will be held at the club’s women’s team stadium.
On a normal week, the match would have been scheduled at the Olympic Stadium in Montjuïc, but the venue was booked for a Post Malone concert. Now, not only Barcelona will have to play in a smaller stadium, but also will be without key players like Lamine Yamal and Frenkie De Jong.
