Birmingham City will seek to build on their impressive start to the 2026-27 EFL Championship season when they host Bristol City at St. Andrew’s at Knighthead Park on Saturday.

The Blues have come into the new season with a lot of confidence after being promoted and bolstering their squad in the summer transfer window. Birmingham will be looking to get the early going on the right foot at home, where many fans hope it will be a step towards the playoff spots in the Championship.

Bristol City, on the other hand, come in looking for a significant away win. The Robins are still one of the more competitive teams in the division and will be looking to score against a Birmingham side that is likely to be one of the better sides in the league this season.
