Victor Osimhen and Kvicha Kvaratskhelia have shaken off issues to start against SC Braga, as Napoli need only to avoid defeat by two goals or more in order to reach the Champions League Round of 16.
It kicks off at the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona at 20.00 GMT.
The Partenopei are second behind already-qualified Real Madrid on seven points and Braga have four, so it is a head-to-head for that other spot in the Round of 16.
Napoli won 2-1 in Braga back in September, so they could even afford to lose here by one clear goal and still qualify.
That would give them an identical head-to-head record and the Partenopei have a much better overall goal difference of -1 to -4.
Whoever finishes third drops into the Europa League play-offs, so Union Berlin could still get that spot if they beat Real Madrid and Braga lose to Napoli.
Confidence is low after results failed to improve under new coach Walter Mazzarri, who won the debut against Atalanta, followed by three consecutive defeats to Real Madrid, Inter and Juventus.
Osimhen was in doubt, having been in Morocco last night to pick up his African Player of the Year Award, while Kvaratskhelia was suffering from flu symptoms, but both start tonight.
Natan is confirmed at left-back, as both Mario Rui and Mathias Olivera are injured, plus Jens Cajuste.
Braga have centre-back Sikou Niakate suspended, with Alvaro Djaló injured and Al-Musrati not at 100 per cent either.
Simon Banza is their top scorer with 13 goals in 22 competitive games this season, while brothers Ricardo and Andre Horta are always ones to watch.
