These are the Chelsea vs Burnley confirmed lineups for their Premier League clash after the international break. This kicks off a big stretch for the Blues who enter this weekend just six points off the top of the table with matches against Barcelona and Arsenal in the coming week. With international duty behind them and bigger matches in their future, it will be interesting to see whether Enzo Maresca can motivate his squad to gut this one out.
Rob Sanchez starts with a back line of Reece James, Tosin Adarabioyo, Trevoh Chalobah, and Marc Cucurella. Andrey Santos is with Enzo Fernandez in the pivot. Pedro Neto, Jamie Gittens, and Joao Pedro support Liam Delap up front.
A few changes through the squad from the win over Wolves. Chalobah has another new partner in Tosin, a pairing that was disastrous earlier in the season, with James coming in for Malo Gusto. There is no Moises Caicedo with Santos trusted to play the deeper role. Alejandro Garnacho is out for Jamie Gittens with one eye on Barcelona
Martin Dubravka starts with Kyle Walker, Quilindschy Harman, Axel Tuanzebe, and Maxime Esteve in the back line. Lesley Ugochukwu sits with Florentino and Jaidon Anthony. Josh Cullen, Loum Tchaouna, and Zian Flemming round out the lineup.
The same eleven that lost to West Ham, likely to set up the same way with a solid midfield and one up front.
Stay tuned for the Chelsea vs Burnley confirmed lineups.
