These are the Chelsea vs Everton confirmed lineups for their Premier League clash on Saturday. This is a big match in the current race for European football as the gap between fourth and the mid-table are absolutely minuscule. The Blues, who were in title contention just two weeks ago are now in a fight just to hold onto fifth, as an indication of how tight the league is this season. The Toffees won’t be any rollovers as they too are in a push for European football of their own after a strong first-half of the campaign.
Rob Sanchez starts in goal with a back line of Malo Gusto, Wes Fofana, Trevoh Chalobah, and Marc Cucurella. Reece James partners Enzo Fernandez in the pivot with Alejandro Garnacho, Pedto Neto, and Cole Palmer supporting Joao Pedro up front.
Neto still getting the nod over Estevao despite the fatigue building up and both James/Fofana being risked for an extra match as they continue to be managed. Palmer is fit to return after missing Atalanta entirely. Jamie Gittens rotates out for Garnacho as usual.
Jordan Pickford starts in goal with Jake O’Brien, James Tarkowski, Michael Keane, and Vitalii Mykolenko. Idrissa Gueye partners James Garner in the pivot. Kiernan Dewsbuty-Hall, Jack Grealish, and Illiman Ndiaye support Thierno Barry up front.
One change from the last time out as Gueye completes his suspension. Dewsbury-Hall moves up from the pivot back to the centre of the attacking line as Alacaraz drops out to make way for the returning midfielder.
