Como are reportedly moving quickly in negotiations with Alvaro Morata, having sent a formal offer to the Milan-owned striker.
Como aim to bring Morata back to Serie A and according to Fabrizio Romano , Cesc Fabregas’ club has sent an official proposal to the experienced striker.
Morata is formally under contract with Milan, but he’s currently on loan at Galatasaray until the end of 2025 (December 31).
Romano and Sky Sport Italia report that Como’s negotiations with Morata are underway.
The Spain captain joined the Rossoneri on a permanent transfer from Atletico Madrid a year ago, but only spent six months at San Siro before joining Galatasaray on loan in the 2025 winter transfer window.
According to Romano, Morata will leave Galatasaray and Milan are unwilling to keep the striker at San Siro for the 2025-26 season.
Morata has already played for Juventus and Milan in Serie A.
The 32-year-old striker has netted seven times in 16 appearances with Galatasaray in the second part of the campaign.
Milan director Igli Tare recently confirmed the Rossoneri are looking for a new centre forward who can rival Santiago Gimenez for a starting spot.
