Cristian Chivu is reportedly considering handing Ange-Yoan Bonny and Manuel Akanji their first Inter Milan starts this weekend.

According to Corriere dello Sport via FCInterNews, Francesco Pio Esposito is also in contention for the starting line-up.

Despite joining the club on deadline day, Manuel Akanji could make his maiden Serie A appearance on Saturday.

Indeed, he is in pole position to start in defense ahead of Yann Bisseck as Inter take on Juventus in Turin.

Furthermore, Bonny could register his first Serie A start in the Nerazzurri shirt.

Meanwhile, Bonny scored off the bench in a 5-0 win against Torino on the opening matchday.

Therefore, Chivu has no reason to doubt his readiness to shine in high-stakes matches.

However, Esposito could be a surprise solution as he seeks his first start for the Nerazzurri in Serie A.
