Inter Milan are one step away from signing Parma striker Ange-Yoan Bonny in a deal worth €25 million.
This according to Sky Sport Italia transfer market expert Gianluca Di Marzio. He reported on his homepage, via FCInterNews, that the Nerazzurri should wrap up the deal within the next few days.
Inter Milan have been eyeing up a deal for Parma striker Ange-Yoan Bonny for some time now.
The Frenchman’s performances for Parma over the season just gone have convinced the Nerazzurri that he’s ready for the step up.
Inter are targeting a young striker to rejuvenate their attack. Particularly after the departures of veterans like Marko Arnautovic and Joaquin Correa.
Inter Milan have been in talks to sign Bonny for several weeks now.
And the arrival of Cristian Chivu as their new coach has accelerated their pursuit of the 21-year-old. Chivu had worked successfully with Bonny at Parma.
Therefore, Inter are now moving quickly towards a deal for Bonny, reports Gianluca DI Marzio.
The Nerazzurri did not manage to sign the 21-year-old in time for the Club World Cup.
However, Bonny’s arrival will not be far away, Di Marzio anticipates.
The Sky Sport Italia transfer expert reports that Inter and Parma have reached an agreement on the basis of a fee of around €25 million in total.
Di Marzio reports that the move should be sealed within the next few days.
