It is the Nerazzurri’s second match of the group stage. Their first ended in a 1-1 draw against Mexican side Monterrey.

And that early draw has left Inter in a relatively precarious position.

Now, Inter really cannot afford to drop anymore points. Particularly after River Plate beat Urawa Reds in their own group stage opener.
