Adrien Rabiot will undergo his medical on Monday morning and sign a four-year contract with AC Milan, as Olympique Marseille accepted the €10m including add-ons offer.

The midfielder will get his long-awaited reunion with former Juventus coach Max Allegri, who he worked with for several years in Turin.

Multiple sources in Italy and France including Sportitalia, Sky Sport Italia, Fabrizio Romano, L’Equipe and Footmercato all have the same details.

It is going to be a package worth €10m including performance-related bonuses, while the player will put pen to paper on a four-year contract at San Siro.

However, Sky Sport Italia note that as he is on international duty with France, he will undergo the medical there with the travelling Milan staff, and sign the contract on French soil too.

Rabiot will join AC Milan on deadline day

As explained by Football Italia transfer expert Alfredo Pedullà , Rabiot’s mother and agent Veronique had over the last 24 hours tried to offer him to Napoli in order to play Champions League football, then made one final attempt to reconcile with Olympique Marseille.

However, his locker room brawl with Jonathan Rowe and initial refusal to apologise proved enough to push him out.

His arrival at Milan is possible because Yunus Musah is joining Atalanta on loan with option to buy, which can become an obligation if certain conditions are met, for €25m.
