Inter Milan forward Lautaro Martinez has built strong connections with fellow center-forwards.
According to Gazzetta dello Sport via FCInter1908, El Toro has established himself as a dream attacking partner.
Lautaro Martinez has been the focal point of Inter’s attack for the best part of the last decade.
Indeed, the 28-year-old has cemented his starting berth immediately after joining the Nerazzurri from Racing Club in 2018.
During that period, he has forged partnerships with several top strikers, including Edin Dzeko and Romelu Lukaku.
Marcus Thuram and Lautaro formed the backbone of Inter’s landmark 20th Serie A title in 2023/24.
Furthermore, their formidable attacking partnership continues to inspire Inter’s offense under Cristian Chivu.
However, the landscape has changed compared to last season.
Joaquin Correa, Marko Arnautovic, and Mehdi Taremi often struggled to match the level set by Thuram and Lautaro.
Therefore, Inter signed Ange-Yoan Bonny in the summer and brought Francesco Pio Esposito back to San Siro.
Both youngsters have featured alongside the Argentine megastar with great success this season.
As such, El Toro has once again demonstrated his ability to link up seamlessly with a variety of attacking talents.
