Dusan Vlahovic has been one of the forwards linked with a move to Manchester United as the club looks to strengthen in key positions this forward.

The Juventus striker, who has just finished his fifth season with the Italian club, scored seven goals and provided one assist in Serie A.

Interest from Bayern Munich appears most apparent currently with the Bundesliga champions viewing the striker as a good backup option for Harry Kane.

Bayern are reported to have made contact surrounding a possible deal and could look to strike a deal this summer.

Manchester United’s interest in the forward could be a key barrier to this, though. With Michael Carrick having a large amount of control over recruitment, it is likely that any move will be influenced by him.

Vlahovic has now outlined his demands as clubs attempt to put together their plans for the summer transfer window.

According to Italian outlet Calcio Mercato, the striker demanded a salary or €8m net per year, with a substantial bonus upon signing, when attempting to negotiate a contract renewal with Juventus.

The outlet have also commented on the interest present from across the market, stating that Chelsea, Manchester United, and Newcastle United all remain in the list of potential suitors.

Barcelona and Atletico Madrid have also been named by the outlet as well as Galatasaray and Fenerbahce.

It appears, with these latest reports, that Manchester United will be in a multi-club battle if Dusan Vlahovic is to be a Red Devils player next season.

With demands of €8m per year, the club now face a choice between pursuing a deal or turning their attention towards alternative attacking targets.

The summer transfer window opens on Monday 15th June, remaining open until September 1st, providing the club with plenty of time to make up their mind.
