TOTW 2 is here, and some cards already look like they’ll wreak havoc on FUT Champs

If you thought FUT Champs weekends were stressful before, wait until you come face-to-face with this week’s Team of the Week. EA just dropped TOTW 2 in FC 26 Ultimate Team, and judging by early reactions, it’s either going to supercharge lineups or send controllers flying across the room. In other words: classic FUT energy.

Let’s talk about the headliners. Debinha (89 CAM) walks in as the highest-rated card in this drop, boasting silky dribbling and creativity that could carve through even the stingiest defenses. Fans praised her as a refreshing addition to the top tier of FUT, noting her ability to link perfectly into hybrid squads and offering much-needed flair in the women’s pool.

Éder Militão (86 CB) is another big winner—he’s quick, physical, and set to become a nightmare for anyone trying to force counters through the middle. Many players on social media called him a 'day-one starter' and warned FUT Champs competitors to prepare for an influx of sweaty defenses built around his boosted stats.

Christian Pulisic (86 RW/ST)  is also drawing attention. U.S. fans are hyped to finally have a high-rated card early in the cycle, while others see his pace and versatility as a must-have budget-friendly attacker. Some joked that he could become 'the bane of Division Rivals' thanks to his explosive bursts down the wing.

And while not everyone agrees, Gravenberch (86 CM) has the stats to be a press-resistant midfield engine that balances muscle with finesse. Still, fan reaction was split—one post asked: 'Seriously who was in charge of giving Gravenberch an 85 overall?' The mix of hype and doubt makes him one of the most debated inclusions of the week.

Of course, not everyone is happy with the overall lineup. Another fan fumed: 'Aguerd is MOTM but Rulli gets the TOTW, you are a joke.' There’s also frustration over missing names like Nico Paz and Barcelona players, plus the usual salt about EA’s servers.

So which of these cards are truly overpowered? Militão looks destined for every sweatlord’s backline, Debinha will dominate possession-heavy builds, and Pulisic is a budget-friendly menace for FUT Champs. Love it or hate it, this week’s TOTW guarantees drama both on and off the virtual pitch.
