The Reading Royals have traded the ECHL Rights to defenseman Kyle Walker to the Rapid City Rush in exchange for cash considerations. He signed a two-way AHL/ECHL deal with the Calgary Wranglers back in June. Walker, 26, saw action in three games last season with the Wranglers, as well as three regular season games and five Kelly Cup Playoff games with the Royals. I would expect Walker to start the season in Rapid City.
