Inter striker Sebastiano Esposito has prioritised a move to a Serie A club over a foreign league, such as the Bundesliga, while the Nerazzurri’s asking price is set at €6m-€7m.
Inter are prepared to sell Sebastiano Esposito as the Italian striker has one year left in his contract at the Stadio Meazza.
There have been rumours linking the ex-Empoli loanee with a move to Borussia Mönchengladbach, but sources with direct knowledge of the matter tell me that foreign leagues, such as the Bundesliga, will only be considered at a later stage if a move to a Serie A club doesn’t materialise.
Fiorentina and Cagliari have already made contact with Inter, but are nowhere near matching the Nerazzurri’s asking price, which has been set between €6m and €7m.
Cagliari have discussed a potential deal more in-depth than Fiorentina, but there’s still a long way to go before they reach a complete agreement with Inter and their striker.
